Apostles John and Joanne Cava
Marked by a supernatural encounter with God the night of his conversion to Christ, John’s desire is for people to know the Lord in His fullness and for His glory to be manifest. Two primary characteristics are evident in meeting him: the Father’s heart and world missions. His encouragement for individuals to answer God’s unique call is contagious and at the same time liberating. As an international traveler with a background in business, he unfolds the need and the potential in God from the marketplace to the nations.
John holds his Bachelor degree in Business, a Night School Diploma from Christ for the Nations, and a Masters in Theology from Messiah Biblical Institute and Graduate School. He has taught in several Bible Schools, was Associate Director of GSMA mission’s agency and was founding Director of Missions for the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry and FIRE School of Ministry. He currently is Founder/President of the World Outreach Center in Fort Mill, South Carolina. John and his wife, Joanne, have four children and reside near Charlotte, North Carolina.
Jon Syrbe is the Regeneration Church Mission's Pastor, and Founder of BridgeStones International & JonSyrbePhotography.com. He has a life-long calling as an Ambassador to the Poor & Needy.
Jon has lived and served many of the world's forgotten through 48 countries in the last 21 years, with a passion of Restoring Value to Life & Leadership. He is a renown international speaker, Bible & Leadership trainer (some experiences included being invited by World Relief and flown by the UN to speak to Military & X-Rebels & Ex-Combatants in Northern Sierra Leone, West Africa).
He is the author of “Where There is No Leader, TAG-You’re It!”. In addition, he is a performer & trainer of drama, and photographer & graphic artist.
He served Mercyships.org aboard one of their hospital ships (M/V Anastasis) for 7 years in 15 African Nations, including Europe/Eastern Europe/Scandinavia/Ukraine/Russia and more. He has been involved with everything from rebuilding lives to building schools—restoring value from relief & development to education, from Military to the Child.
Part of Jon’s connection with the heart for Africa, is due to his being born with a cleft lip & palette having numerous experiences with rejection. He has endured (and been blessed) to have had the ability of having 9 operations-in which the final surgeries were performed in Senegal, West Africa aboard the M/V Anastasis, by Dr. Gary Parker, Chief Medical Officer, alongside thousands of other Africans. He had felt it a privilege to identify with many African children and adults born with this defect, which has inspired hope & healing in countless lives.
In 2001 Jon was ordained & founded BridgeStones Int’l. It is with the continuing vision of restoring value to life, thru his life transforming seminar. Other projects include building a school in AP, India (‘restoring the lost childhood to the child’) as a model for other schools (and govn’t schools), serving the poorest in villages, slums with family counseling, church planting (currently overseeing 22 churches), micro-business, medical camps, reaching into schools/universities/governments with the Restoring Value to Life Seminar, having a small elderly home, and more…while also partnering with several organizations/givernments.
Their recent focus in the last few years has been India, Mexico & Guatemala, with the vision of continuing & returning to Africa as well…
Jon was married to Seena from India in 2005. Jon met his wife Seena in India through a season of tremendous pain in his knees from much traveling. A local missionary Johnson, recommended him to “Bangalore Baptist Mission Hospital”…He has found there are great miracles experienced through suffering. He paid an extra 75cents for private care-and that's how he met her!...She was his physical therapist.
It only took 37 years and 30 countries to meet her! And yet—worth it.
They have a three year old son Josiah, and 19 month old girl Sierra, named after the Sierra Leonean people of West Africa, with whom he has a deep place in his heart thru what he’s experienced.
Their dream is to have this thought internalized and fleshed out:
"I read and I forgot, I saw and I remembered, and I went and I was changed...thus so were others, while doing to others as I would want (and wish) them to do for me"...

2.In one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to this earth as Savior of the world.
3. Jesus died on the cross and shed his blood for the forgiveness of our sins. We believe that salvation is found by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross. We believe Jesus Christ rose from the dead and is coming again.
4.The Empowerment of the Holy Spirit must be present in all that we do: we believe in the importance of every believer being led by and totally dependent upon, the supernatural empowering of the Holy Spirit. This will lead to meaningful communion with Christ, and help to accomplish His great commission. Acts 1:8
5. Spirit-Led and Spirit-filled worship is essential to experiencing God: We believe that our worship to God must be motivated and inspired by the Holy Spirit in order to glorify God. In doing so, God promises to inhabit the praise and worship of His people. Psalm 95:6-7
6. Prayer is our avenue to living in a vital relationship with God: We believe that prayer is invaluable in the Christian life. Through prayer we not only receive answers from our Heavenly Father, but experience His power as well. 1 Thessalonians 5:19
7. An Authentic relationship with God is the top priority: We believe that the most important thing Christians can do is to develop a daily, authentic relationship with God, through
Jesus Christ. Mark 12:29-30
8. Loving relationships should permeate every area of church life: We believe in the importance of unconditional love as demonstrated first to us by Christ. Therefore, we desire to foster an atmosphere of genuine love, acceptance, and forgiveness toward every person so that they may grow and mature into their destiny in Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 13:8
